Summary:

Sam runs the Cheers bar. For a few hours everyday, Norm, Cliff, and Frasier come in for a few drinks and talk about their problems, laughing at each other's flaws and trying to be there when someone else may need them. Carla is the waitress serving up the drinks and Rebecca is the bar manager.
