Summary:

An externally perfect young woman from a small town takes a job in Chicago, eager to start her professional life--and to escape her memories of a dreadful accident back home, a tragedy for which she blames herself. Some unnerving news makes her go back home to rest and heal--but she finds herself forced to move forward, to grow, no matter the cost in pain.
