Drama based on the true story of a seven year old American tourist who is the accidental victim of a shooting while his family vacations in Italy. The boy's parents chose to donate his "organs, a practice almost unheard of in Italy at the time. Since then, organ donation in Italy has increased 118 percent," a phenomenon "called the Nicholas Effect."
